The stationary spray cannon is a professional equipment used for environmental treatment and dust control. It consists of a spray system, a power system and a control system that are fixed in a location.
The stationary spray cannon provides water or a specific solution to the spray system through a high pressure pump, and produces fine atomized particles through the nozzle, so that it is dispersed in the air to achieve cleaning, dust reduction.
The working principle of stationary spray cannon
The spray system of stationary spray cannon is the core part to realize the function of stationary spray cannon machine. It is generally composed of a water pump, a high-pressure nozzle and a spray device. The pump supplies water to the nozzle, where the high-pressure nozzle disperses the water into fine mist particles. The spray device will spread the water mist generated by the nozzle to the specified range to form a mist cover, so as to achieve the purpose of dust removal and spraying.
